Initially, I set up this blog with transmedicalist leanings, but I've decided to rebrand myself. I believe that Gender Queer Ideology is a cult, but now I also think that Transmedicalism is pseudoscience. Transmedicalism is flawed, as it asserts that all trans (wo)men have cross-sex brain structures, including those who are not of homosexual etiology. In reality, the only group that has cross-sex brain structures is those who present with Early Onset Gender Dysphoria (HSTS).  This is not to say that those with Late Onset Gender Dysphoria do not have good reason to transition.     In the above interview with Andrew Gold, Dr. Az Hakeem claims that " There are no studies that show there's any difference between a transsexual brain and a non-transsexual brain ." He's wrong. The truth about transsexuality is that there are two types: Early Onset Transsexualism (EOTS) and Late Onset Transsexualism (LOTS). EOTS is also called “Homosexual Transsexualism” (HSTS), as it is characterized by erotic attraction to members of the same natal sex. This is the only type for which there is evidence of cross-sex brain development.  There are several papers that find evidence of “brain restricted intersexuality” that is present prior to any hormonal treatments in EOTS. The findings are consistent whenever researchers are careful to only include this type, as reviewed by Guillamon et al in 2016. Years ago, I took an interest in the subject of autosexuality. Autosexuality is a poorly understood topic that is vital to understanding the causes of Gender Dysphoria in natal males, where it manifests as “autogynephilia”. When it comes to Autogynephilia, the “Big Three” books to read are Michael Bailey’s The Man Who Would Be Queen , Anne Lawrence’s Men Trapped in Men’s Bodies , and Phil Ily’s Autoheterosexual.  In the years since publishing Autoheterosexual , the author Phil Ily has cultivated a community of self-aware autogynephiles, including the full range of transvestites, transsexuals, and detransitioners. I was banned from r/GayConservative for attempting to debunk Amala Ekpunobi's statements on sexual orientation . I was not just banned for making this attempt, but temporarily muted by the Moderators so I could not ask why I was banned.  After seven days passed and the mute was lifted, I asked “Which rule did I break, and why was I banned?” Instead of providing an answer, the Moderators muted me again, this time for 28 days.  Why I was banned for trying to explain the science of sexual orientation baffles me. Conservatives and liberals are both gripped by ideology.
